Who can avail of the Home Care Program?

Covid suspect/probable patients with no RT-PCR swab (with exposure or covid-like symptoms)

Covid-positive patients with mild symptoms

Anyone who wants to be screened

Anyone who is asymptomatic

Anyone who cannot be accommodated in the Emergency Room (subject to classification or criteria)

All post-discharge Covid positive patients – package B plus or C plus
The Home Care Program is a program that caters and cares for COVID suspect, probable and positive patients who for some reason or another is not admitted in any hospital and prefers to be cared for at home by medical professionals. It is a purely virtual service where patients are assessed, monitored and managed by physicians - specialists in their respective fields - from LPDH

LPDH Covid Home Care Program Guidelines

Select the package and submit a request through our online form.

Settle payment via any of the following: Online bank deposit, Gcash, PayMaya or On-Site cash or credit card payment.

Wait for the confirmation to be sent to your e-mail.

Additional services such as ambulance service and medicine are excluded in all packages. Additional fees will apply upon request.

Senior and PWD discount will be provided and applied after uploading and submitting proof or photo of senior or PWD ID on our online request form.
Package B - Basic Package
Duration: 3 Days

Intended for patients who are Covid probable, mild symptomatic, exposed
​

Minimum of one virtual consultation per day with a physician

Basic laboratories (CBC, Creatinine, ALT, AST)

E-guide at home for patient and caregiver

Package C - Support Package
Duration: 7 Days

Intended for patients who are covid positive, who are asymptomatic or with mild symptoms

Package Inclusions:

Medical Certificate upon completion of isolation period

Duration: 14 Days

Why is Home Care Program important?
We have been battling COVID 19 for the past year and since then, we have witnessed that hospitals - ours included - have indeed been overwhelmed. Truth be told, we were able to survive then; however for the past month, we have again seen a surge of cases. And with that, hospitals are full again - patients are not able to seek consultation and even admission. The fear of getting infected further hinders patients to seek help from doctors. Hence, in following ideas from other institutions battling COVID and serving patients, LPDH came up with a home care program to care for those in need at the comfort and safety of their homes under the care of medical specialists. This will also help to decongest our hospitals, and secondarily help our fellow health workers in the hospitals by lessening their work load.

Who can avail of the Home Care Program?
​
The program caters to the following patients:

COVID suspect/probable patients (with exposure to COVID or those with Covid-like symptoms, no RT-PCR swab);
-
asymptomatic COVID positive patients;

COVID positive patients with mild symptoms.

Is there an age requirement to enroll in the Home Care Program?
There is NO age requirement to be enrolled in the program.

Can I avail of Senior Citizen or PWD discount?
Yes, Senior Citizen or PWD discount will be applied on our online form.
