QUALITY OBJECTIVE
  1. Achieve patient friendly satisfaction survey of at least 4 (Satisfactory)

  2. Achieve an average bed occupancy rate of 85%

  3. Increase the return admission rate by 10%

  4. Achieve ninety nine percent (99%) preventive maintenance and calibration of all equipment

  5. Aim for zero incidence of sentinel cases
